Muchas Gracias to All Our Associates!

We want to publicly thank our team at Indian Hills Inn, Taos Plaza. First, a little over a year ago, we had huge staffing issues and related Guest service problems. Although we still make mistakes, Guests are now bragging to us regularly about how well the employees / team / associates are doing. We've had letters sent, emails sent, and even phone calls letting us know that so and so is doing a bang up job.

You are telling us how friendly the front desk team is. How appreciative you are for the guidance and directions to thhings to do, places to see, dining ideas, etc. How we've been helpful in time of need. I've seen posts elsewhere even mentioning ad thanking our team by name.

You are mentioning the housekeeping and maintenance people too. Helpful, clean rooms, sharp landscaping and grounds.

Perhaps the most accurate measures of service level is from three areas. Guests who add a day, two, or more to their visit is far higher than earlier. The number of Guests who are returning after an earlier stay is higher. Some from a month or two back, some from earlier this year, and some from late last year. And the number of referrals from past Guets is much higher than we've seen in some time.

So, again, thanks to each Guest who've sent your positive comments and THANKS to each team member for your interest and dedication to meeting our Guest's needs and delivering a positive experience for their visit to Taos. It is rewarding to see that the goal of a team culture of Guest service is being reached.
