Congrats to the Jaramillo's and their restaurant, Ranch de Chimayo. Located just North of Santa Fe and a bit South of Espanola, the restaurant was recently named to "Nations Restaurant News" list of 50 All-American Icons. Rancho is well known for it's 19th century hacienda feel and decor and it's delicious SW NM foods. They are well worth a stop on the way to and from Taos or on a wander around drive. The high road and Los Alamos make for a great drive around while you visit Taos. Summer, Fall, Winter, or Spring, plan for an extra day or two to see some of our other sights.
Make Indian Hills Inn, Taos Plaza you Northern NM headquarters. Many of our Valentines Guests were new to the Inn and stated they'd be back. They particluarly liked our central location, our comfortable quality rooms, and our excetpional Guest service. Check us out at www.newmex.com/indianhillsinn. The call direct to reserve your next few days in Taos - 800-444-2346. Ask about multi night specials when you call.
